Hey there, thanks for stoppin by... We set up this blog in order to keep those interested up to date with the lastest going on in all things Mean Tangerine. We're hoping this is easier than reading Facebook notes, or worse Myspace blogs. We're going to be touring heavily in the upcoming months and wanted a place to post our ramblings from the road and our insightful and hilarious upcoming video blogs. We haven't made any yet, but I'll assume when we do they will be both those things....
Anyways as for going ons...Other than the infamous Yellow Snow Tour...we took it relatively easy this passed winter, in order to smoothly transition bass players and finish writing our new record. Our final recording sessions are at the end of this month here and we'll combine those with the 9 songs we did in the fall, so we'll have 15 to choose from in total and choose the best maybe 12? (The other we'll maybe release for free online or something?)
And yes there are a lot of tour dates comin! We're going on our most ambitious and ballsy excursion yet. We're playing a handful of dates in our old stomping grounds (Ontario, Quebec) and then going to places that well, chances are if you're reading this blog, you're not from, cuz majority of places we're playing will be virgin territory for us! Wish us luck from home though? Anyways stay tuned!!!
